ReadWhy work here
Banking is one of the few industries where the quality of your work is measured in other people's security. That is a demanding standard, and it is the reason people stay.
Real ownership
Small teams own a product area end to end — discovery, delivery, and the pager. Nobody hands work over a wall.
Rigour as a habit
Controls, testing and review are part of how we build, not a gate at the end. It makes the work slower to start and far faster to ship safely.
Deliberate diversity
Structured interviews, diverse panels and published criteria, because a bank that serves everyone needs to be built by a mix of people.
Room to grow
Individual contributor and management tracks carry equal weight and equal pay bands. You do not have to manage to progress.
How we work
- The customer's money comes first
- When a commercial goal and a customer outcome conflict, the customer outcome wins. That is a rule, not a slogan, and it is enforced in review.
- Say the difficult thing early
- Bad news does not improve with age. Raising a risk is treated as good judgement, never as negativity.
- Write it down
- Decisions are recorded with their reasoning. It makes onboarding faster, audits calmer and hindsight honest.
- Automate the routine
- If a control can be enforced by a system rather than by remembering, it should be.
- Measure what customers feel
- Uptime, latency and resolution time matter because customers experience them, not because they look good on a slide.

Our hiring process
Application review
A person reads every application against published criteria. We aim to respond within ten working days, whether the answer is yes or no.
Introductory conversation
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager: what the role really involves, what you are looking for, and whether there is a fit worth exploring.
Craft interview
A practical exercise relevant to the actual job. We do not use puzzle questions, and we do not ask for unpaid work that we could use.
Team and values conversation
You meet the people you would work with, and you get to interview us properly. Ask hard questions — we prefer candidates who do.
Offer and checks
A clear written offer with the band and the reasoning. Financial services roles require background, right-to-work and, for some positions, regulatory reference checks.
Adjustments
Tell us what you need to interview at your best — extra time, a different format, materials in advance, a quiet room. Asking has no bearing on the outcome.
What we offer
- Salary bands published internally, reviewed annually against market data, with no negotiation penalty for accepting the first offer.
- Flexible and hybrid working, with core collaboration hours rather than fixed office days.
- Generous paid leave, plus additional leave for study, volunteering and life events.
- Parental leave available to all parents on the same terms regardless of how they became a parent.
- Pension contributions, income protection and health cover appropriate to the location.
- A learning budget with time set aside to use it, not just money.
- Employee assistance, mental health support and financial wellbeing resources.
Exact benefits vary by country to comply with local law and market practice. The offer you receive sets out precisely what applies to you.
Equal opportunity
Prime Wealth Corporation Bank is an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring, development and promotion decisions on merit, and we do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or parental status, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
- Job descriptions are reviewed for language that narrows the applicant pool unnecessarily.
- Interview panels use a structured scorecard so candidates are assessed against the same criteria.
- Reasonable adjustments are available at every stage of the process and throughout employment.
- We monitor the diversity of our pipeline and act on it where the data shows a problem.
Recruitment fraud warning
We never ask candidates for money
Fraudsters impersonate banks to run fake recruitment schemes. Prime Wealth Corporation Bank will never ask you to pay a fee for an application, an interview, training, equipment or a visa, and will never ask for your bank credentials during recruitment.
- All genuine vacancies are published on this website.
- Offers are made in writing after a real interview process, never by messaging app alone.
- We will ask for bank details only after an offer is accepted, through a secure onboarding process.
- If you receive a suspicious approach in our name, report it to us so we can act.
Candidate privacy
Information you provide during recruitment is used to assess your application, to meet our legal obligations for regulated roles, and — with your consent — to contact you about future opportunities. It is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
