Section 01

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise your browser between requests — which is how a login session stays signed in from one page to the next.

We also use technologies that behave like cookies: local storage, session storage and, occasionally, pixels within emails. This policy covers all of them, and we refer to them collectively as "cookies".

Session cookies
Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for authentication and security state.
Persistent cookies
Remain until they expire or you delete them. Used for preferences such as language and consent choices.
First-party cookies
Set by this website.
Third-party cookies
Set by another organisation whose service appears on a page, such as an embedded video or an analytics provider.

Our default position

Optional cookies are off until you turn them on. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies before you have made a choice, and refusing them does not restrict your access to any part of this site or to online banking.

This table lists the cookies set directly by Prime Wealth Corporation Bank. Exact names may vary as the platform is updated; the consent tool always shows the live list.

Where an embedded third-party component appears on a page — for example a font service, a map or a video — that provider may set its own cookies. Those are disclosed in the consent tool at the point they would be set.

Section 04

Managing your choices

01

Use the consent tool

The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all optional cookies, or choose category by category. Reopen it at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.

02

Use your browser settings

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either generally or for a specific site. Look under Settings → Privacy.

03

Use device-level controls

Mobile operating systems provide additional controls over advertising identifiers and cross-app tracking.

warning

If you block everything

Blocking strictly necessary cookies in your browser will prevent you from signing in to online banking, because the session cannot be maintained. Blocking optional cookies has no effect on your ability to bank with us.

Withdrawing consent stops future processing. It does not undo processing that already took place lawfully while consent was in force.

Section 05

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" header or a global privacy control signal. There is no single agreed standard for how sites must respond. Where a recognised signal is received we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies, and you can still make explicit choices in the consent tool.

Section 06

How cookie data relates to your personal data

Some cookie identifiers count as personal data because they can be linked, directly or indirectly, to you. Where that is the case, the Privacy Statement governs how we handle them — including the legal basis, retention and your rights.

Section 07

Changes and contact

We update this policy when the technologies we use change. The version published here is always the current one.

Questions about cookies can be sent using the email button on our contact page.
