Section 01

Our commitment

Banking is essential infrastructure. Prime Wealth Corporation Bank is committed to making this website and our digital banking channels usable by as many people as possible, regardless of disability, assistive technology or circumstance.

Accessibility is treated as a functional requirement rather than a retrofit. It is considered at design, built into our component library, and checked before a change is released.

Section 02

The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That standard is the benchmark referenced by accessibility legislation in most of the markets we serve.

Perceivable
Text alternatives for meaningful images, captions where we publish video, content that does not rely on colour alone, and text that meets contrast requirements.
Operable
Everything reachable and usable with a keyboard alone, visible focus indicators, no keyboard traps, and no content that flashes in a way that could trigger seizures.
Understandable
Plain language, consistent navigation, clearly labelled form fields, and errors that explain what went wrong and how to fix it.
Robust
Semantic, valid markup and correct ARIA so that assistive technologies can interpret the page reliably.
Section 03

What we have built in

  • Full keyboard operability across the website, the Help Centre and the help widget, with a visible focus ring on every interactive element.
  • Semantic headings and landmarks so screen-reader users can navigate by structure rather than reading linearly.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and error messages linked to the field they describe.
  • Text that reflows without loss of content at 200% zoom and on narrow viewports.
  • Respect for the operating system "reduce motion" preference — animation, including the market ticker, stops when you have asked for less motion.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interface controls.
  • Session timeout warnings before you are signed out, with the ability to extend.
  • No time limits on reading content, and no auto-playing audio.
Section 04

Known limitations

We would rather tell you where we fall short than claim perfection. The following are known and on our backlog:

AreaLimitationStatus
DocumentsSome older PDF statements and archived forms are not fully tagged for screen readers.Accessible alternatives are provided on request; new documents are produced tagged.
Third-party contentEmbedded components supplied by third parties may not fully meet AA.Reviewed at each contract renewal; alternatives sought where a supplier will not remediate.
Data tablesA small number of dense comparison tables are difficult to navigate on very narrow screens.Being rebuilt with responsive patterns.
Legacy screensA few less-used areas of the banking platform predate our current component library.Migrating progressively as each screen is next touched.

Alternative formats

If you need a document in large print, plain text, braille or another format, ask us and we will provide it at no charge.

Section 05

Assistive technology and support

We test with the combinations most widely used by our customers, including current versions of screen readers on desktop and mobile, screen magnification, speech recognition and keyboard-only navigation.

If you use assistive technology and something does not work, please tell us which technology and version you are using, the page you were on and what you were trying to do. That detail turns a report into a fix.

Section 06

Tell us about a barrier

Accessibility feedback is treated as a priority category of complaint, not as a suggestion box. We acknowledge reports promptly, tell you what we intend to do, and give you a workaround in the meantime wherever one exists.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate through our formal complaints procedure, and ultimately to the relevant external body in your country.

Section 07

How this statement is maintained

This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever we make a significant change to the website or the banking platform. Assessment combines automated testing in our build pipeline, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and periodic independent audit.
