Section 02

Supervision and authorisation

Financial services are regulated activities. The specific authorisations held by Prime Wealth Corporation Bank, and the authority that supervises them, are confirmed in our client documentation and are available on request.

Verifying an institution

Supervisory authorities publish a public register of the firms they authorise. If you are ever unsure whether a firm is genuine, look it up on the regulator's own register rather than relying on details supplied by the firm.

Section 03

How your money is held

Client money is held separately from the institution's own funds and is recorded so that each customer's entitlement is identifiable at all times.

Deposit guarantee arrangements differ by jurisdiction and by product. The arrangements that apply to your accounts are set out in your product documentation, and our team can confirm them for your specific products.

info

Deposits and investments are different

Deposit protection schemes respond to the failure of an institution. They do not protect against investment loss, market movement, or a payment you authorised. Investment products are not deposits.

Section 04

Prudential standards and governance

We operate within a prudential framework designed to make sure the institution holds enough capital and liquidity to absorb losses and meet obligations as they fall due.

  • Capital adequacy and liquidity are monitored continuously against internal limits set above the regulatory minimum.
  • Risk appetite is set by the board and reviewed at least annually.
  • Risk, compliance and internal audit operate independently of the business lines they review.
  • Financial statements are prepared under applicable accounting standards and subject to external audit.
Section 05

Conduct and client treatment

Regulation governs how we treat you as well as how we manage risk. In practice that means:

Clear information
Pre-contractual information, tariffs and key facts are provided before you commit, in a form you can keep.
Suitability and affordability
Lending is assessed for affordability. We do not lend where repayment would be unsustainable.
Conflicts of interest
We identify conflicts, manage them, and disclose them where management alone is not sufficient.
Fair complaints handling
Complaints are investigated by someone independent of the original decision, within published timescales.
Vulnerable customers
We provide additional support where circumstances — bereavement, illness, financial difficulty — make standard channels unsuitable.
Section 06

Cross-border availability

Financial services are authorised jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Our products are not available everywhere, and this website is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where offering them would be unlawful.

The products, services and information on these pages are not directed at, and may not be available to, residents of every jurisdiction.

warning

Check before you apply

If you live outside the countries we serve, or you move abroad while holding an account, please tell us. Some products cannot continue to be provided across borders, and we would rather manage that with you in advance.

Section 07

Financial crime obligations

We are legally required to identify our customers, understand the purpose of the relationship, monitor activity and report suspicion. These obligations sit above our commercial relationship with you and cannot be waived.

Section 08

If you are unhappy

Raise it with us first. If our final response does not resolve matters, you may be able to refer the case to an independent dispute resolution body.

Section 09

Status of this website

The content of this website is advertising and general information. It has not been submitted to, or approved by, any supervisory authority, and it does not constitute advice, an offer or a solicitation.
