How to use this page
Marketing pages summarise. Agreements govern. This page is the index of the documents that actually create rights and obligations between you and Prime Wealth Corporation Bank.
The version that applies to you
Terms change over time. The version that governs your account is the one issued to you when you opened it, plus any variation notices since. Signed-in customers find their own set under Profile → Documents in online banking.
Which document wins
Where documents appear to conflict, they take precedence in this order:
- 1Any specific written agreement signed between you and Prime Wealth Corporation Bank for a particular facility.
- 2The product agreement for the account, card or loan concerned, together with its schedules.
- 3The tariff and rate sheet applicable to that product.
- 4The general terms and conditions for banking services.
- 5The website Terms & Conditions.
- 6Descriptive content published on this website.
Nothing on a marketing page overrides an executed agreement.
