Section 03

Verifying a communication from us

Impersonation of financial institutions is common. Before acting on any message that appears to come from Prime Wealth Corporation Bank:

  1. 1Check whether the same announcement appears on this page or in online banking.
  2. 2Never use a link, phone number or address supplied in the message itself.
  3. 3Reach us by typing our address yourself, or by calling the number on the back of your card.
  4. 4Remember that we will never ask for your password, PIN or a one-time passcode, and never ask you to move money to a "safe account".
Section 04

Media enquiries

Journalists and analysts should contact us directly rather than through customer support, which cannot comment on corporate matters.

  • Please include your outlet, the subject, and your deadline.
  • We respond to media enquiries as quickly as we can, and we will tell you if we are unable to comment.
  • We do not confirm or deny anything about individual customers or accounts, in any circumstances.
  • Comment on ongoing regulatory or legal matters is generally not possible.
Section 05

Using our name and brand

Our name, logo and trade marks are protected. Editorial use in reporting is fine; anything that implies partnership, endorsement or affiliation needs our written permission.

  • Do not alter, recolour, stretch or add effects to the logo.
  • Do not use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse a product, service or opinion.
  • Do not incorporate our name or marks into a domain name, app name or social account.
  • Request the current logo pack and usage guidance from the media contact above.
Section 06

Archive

Published announcements remain available after their date so the record stays complete. Where a notice has been superseded we say so on the notice itself rather than removing it.
