The Treasury Terminal

The secure workspace where your liquidity, exposure and payment flows actually live — what it shows, who can use it, and how to get in.

The terminal is behind authentication. If you already hold a business account, sign in with your existing credentials — there is no separate terminal login to request.

Section 01

What the terminal is

The treasury terminal is the authenticated side of everything described on the treasury pages. The public pages explain the capability; the terminal is where you use it against your own balances.

It is not a separate product and it is not a download. It is the treasury workspace inside online banking, switched on for accounts that hold treasury services.

Section 02

What you can do inside it

Watch the position
Balances by account, entity and currency, with the intraday movement that produced them.
Move money under control
Raise, approve and release payments under the approval chain configured for your account. The terminal enforces the same rules as the app.
Run and schedule reports
Position, cash flow, exposure and audit reports, on demand or on a schedule to named recipients.
Manage sweeps
Review the concentration rules, see what each one moved, and pause one without unpicking the rest.
Convert currency
See the rate and the margin before committing, and book the conversion against the entity that needs it.
Export for your systems
Statement and transaction exports, or the API feed if you would rather not export anything by hand.
Section 03

Getting access

01

You already bank with us

Sign in to online banking. If treasury services are on your account, the terminal is in the main navigation. If it is not, your administrator can request it.

02

You hold an account but not treasury services

Treasury sits on Growth Scale and Global Entity plans. Ask your relationship contact, or upgrade from inside the app.

03

You are not a customer yet

Open a business account first. Treasury services are configured during implementation rather than bolted on afterwards.

04

You are being added as a user

Your administrator creates your credentials and assigns your rights. You will never be sent a shared login.

warning

Check the address before you sign in

We will never email or text you a link to sign in and approve a payment. Reach the terminal by typing the address yourself or from a bookmark you created.

Section 04

How the terminal is protected

  • Individual credentials for every user. Shared logins are not issued and should never be created informally.
  • Two-factor authentication on sign-in and again on sensitive actions.
  • Rights are scoped per user: viewing a position and releasing a payment are separate permissions.
  • Sessions expire on inactivity, and every session is listed so you can end one you do not recognise.
  • Every action is logged with the user, the time and the device, and the log is exportable for audit.
